Forrest Covey, a 24-year-old white male from Mesquite, Texas, was tragically murdered alongside his wife, Jena Covey, in a brutal crime that shocked the local community. The couple was abducted from a grocery store in Mesquite by Carl Taylor and Sherman McCrary, who were later joined by Sherman’s son, Danny.
