Lisa Ann Warner, an 18-year-old female from Jamaica, Queens, was discovered on April 6 1995 when workers at a Brooklyn recycling plant halted a conveyor belt and saw a badly battered head and torso wrapped in a black plastic bag. The teen's legs were missing; her right arm had been severed at the shoulder, and the left above the wrist, leaving only two small cross tattoos.
