In August 1994, 9-year-old Hispanic female Diana Rebollar was abducted and murdered in Houston, Texas. She had been walking home from a nearby convenience store, just a short distance from her residence, when she was kidnapped. Her disappearance sent shockwaves through the local community, and her family was devastated by the sudden loss.
