In the winter of 2011, a young African-American man named Jhalon Glass, aged 18, lost his life in a violent encounter in Las Vegas. On the morning of December 28th, Glass entered a Cash America SuperPawn store located on North Durango Drive with what police believe was the intention to commit a robbery. The events that followed unfolded quickly, resulting in a fatal shootout.
