On the morning of February 25, 2020, a domestic dispute in a Las Vegas apartment tragically ended the life of 46-year-old Richard Perry, a Black/African American male. The incident unfolded at the Broadstone Flamingo West apartment complex located at 9100 W. Flamingo Road.
