Carlos Alberto Orellana, a 33-year-old Hispanic male originally from Puerto Cortes, Honduras, was killed on October 22, 1983, in Tampa, Florida. He had been living in the Tampa area for approximately ten years at the time of his death. His funeral was held at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, and he was survived by a large extended family, including his mother, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
