In the late summer of 1997, a promising young University of Kentucky student named Christopher Maier, a 21-year-old male, had his life tragically cut short. On the night of August 28th, he and his girlfriend, Holly Dunn, left a party near the university for a quiet walk along the nearby railroad tracks.
