Herbie Quintell Booker, a 20-year-old resident of Lexington, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on April 7, 2021. On that fateful night, around 11:16 p.m., Lexington police officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 1800 block of Colchester Drive.
