Ruth Erikson, an 89-year-old female resident died during the predawn hours of December 17, 2020 inside Concordia at Rebecca Residence, a long-term-care facility in West Deer Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Staff records show the 89-year-old woman, who was not diabetic, had been under the exclusive overnight care of agency nurse Heather Irene Pressdee, also a white 41-year-old female at the time of her arrest.
