Selina Franklin, an 18-year-old female from Swatara Township, Pennsylvania, was last seen on May 16, 1987. She was with a man known to her friends as "Joey," who was later identified as Joseph Daniel Miller. Miller, who was 28 years old at the time, was known for offering rides to young women. Tragically, Selina Franklin never returned home after accepting a ride from him. Her remains were later discovered in a Swatara landfill.
