On the night of September 27, 2025, Cynthia Zipfel, 43, a woman from Aliquippa, was found shot to death inside her parked vehicle behind a building along the 900 block of Franklin Avenue.
Police were dispatched just before 11 p.m.; when officers arrived, they discovered Cynthia Zipfel, 43, unresponsive in the driver's seat, and a second victim, later identified as Jalen Love, 26, nearby in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound.
