Kimberly Lynn Spicer, a 23-year-old Caucasian woman from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically murdered on November 4, 1996. Her death was linked to Joseph Roy Metheny, a serial killer who preyed on vulnerable individuals in the Baltimore area. Metheny, who had a history of violent crimes, was known for targeting women struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.
