Julian Hernandez, a 17-year-old male, was fatally shot on January 4, 2025, in Lubbock, Texas. The incident occurred at an apartment complex in the 1100 block of 58th Street. Authorities believe Hernandez was involved in a drug transaction that escalated into a robbery. According to initial reports, Hernandez was inside a vehicle when he was robbed.
