Dr. Joseph Albert Sonnier III, a 57-year-old Caucasian male, was a respected pathologist in Lubbock, Texas. He was found dead in his home on July 10, 2012, after being stabbed and shot multiple times. The investigation revealed that Dr. Sonnier's death was a result of a murder-for-hire plot.
