Luis Garza

On February 13, 1978, 2½-month-old Hispanic male infant Luis Garza died under suspicious circumstances in Friona, Texas. His mother, Diana Lumbrera, claimed that Luis had experienced convulsions and stopped breathing. She brought him to Parmer County Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
