On January 30, 2025, Shawn Hudson, a 45-year-old man, was found deceased in the southwest part of Throckmorton County, Texas. Authorities responded to a call reporting a shooting, which was made by the individual who allegedly fired the shot. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Hudson had suffered a fatal gunshot wound. The Throckmorton County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Hudson and the alleged shooter were alone at the scene when first responders arrived.
