Joseph Craig Thomas Jr., a 24-year-old African American male from Houston, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on April 3, 2022, at an off-campus party in Waco, Texas. The incident occurred during an after-party involving Baylor University students. According to reports, Thomas attended the party uninvited and began threatening attendees with a firearm.
