Ryan Michael Serna, a 22-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Donna, Texas, tragically passed away on October 6, 2022, at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas. He had been shot four days earlier, on October 2, 2022, during a disturbance outside a bar in downtown McAllen. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at the 1600 block of Beaumont Street. Serna was taken to a local hospital for emergency medical care but succumbed to his injuries four days later.
