Julian Comeaux, a 21-year-old Black man from Houston, Texas, was fatally shot on February 16, 2025, in Midtown Houston. Comeaux, who was preparing to enlist in the Navy, was out with friends when they encountered a suspect attempting to break into one of their vehicles. In an effort to confront the individual, Comeaux was shot and killed, while another person sustained injuries but survived.
