Richard Bishop, a 38-year-old man from Maysel, West Virginia, was found dead on April 3, 2025, in a residence located in Ivydale, Clay County. His body was discovered alongside that of 54-year-old Brenda Lee Dennis, a resident of Ivydale. Both victims had suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
