On the evening of April 12, 2025, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Dallas police officers responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment complex in the 7200 block of Fair Oaks Avenue, located in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas. Upon arrival, officers discovered two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported both individuals to a local hospital.
One of the victims, identified as 27-year-old Mohamad Hassan Bin Mohamad, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The second victim was reported to be in stable condition.

The suspect, identified as A San Poemei, was arrested and charged with murder and aggravated assault.
