He was fatally shot outside a Party City store in West Oak Cliff, near Interstate 30 and Cockrell Hill Road. The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m., and when police arrived at the scene, they found Juan Carlos and a woman lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
