Juan Carlos Sierra-Garcia Jr., a 19-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2021, in Dallas, TX. He was fatally shot outside a Party City store in West Oak Cliff, near Interstate 30 and Cockrell Hill Road. The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m., and when police arrived at the scene, they found Juan Carlos and a woman lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, Juan Carlos succumbed to his injuries overnight.
