Dallas Police Department sought assistance from the public to gather information that could lead to the identification and apprehension of the individual or individuals responsible for the death of the 24-year-old Black male. Additionally, Crime Stoppers offered a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
