On October 9, 2024, at approximately 11:50 p.m., Dallas Police Department officers responded to a shooting call in the 3900 block of Polly Street, located in the South Dallas-Fair Park area. Upon arrival at the apartment complex, they discovered 18-year-old Keith Leno Jordan suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the prompt response from Dallas Fire-Rescue paramedics, Jordan was pronounced dead at the scene.
