In the late hours of Friday, November 15, 2024, what should have been a celebration of a milestone birthday turned into a tragedy for 21-year-old Maxwell Rodgers, a White male, who was shot and killed in Salt Lake City, Utah. The incident occurred just before midnight near 800 South Park Street, outside of his apartment complex. Friends and family were just beginning to celebrate his 21st birthday, which had been that very day.
