In the early morning hours of October 6, 2018, the life of 18-year-old Raul Castillo Rivera, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born in Mexico City, he was known for his contagious smile and caring heart, bringing laughter to those around him. An athlete and music enthusiast, he enjoyed skateboarding, soccer, basketball, and weightlifting.
