In the late hours of November 21, 2024, the life of 26-year-old Panoum Jangjuol was tragically cut short in the parking lot of a Murray apartment complex on South Fairbourne Avenue. A male, Jangjuol became embroiled in a physical altercation with another individual. The dispute quickly escalated to a fatal encounter.
