On a Monday evening in Saint Matthews, South Carolina, a 34-year-old man named Jordan Dove from Lugoff set out to check on a family member's vacant house. He was accompanied by his daughter on this seemingly routine task on February 24, 2025. Unbeknownst to them, the quiet residence on Chickadee Circle concealed a deadly mechanism, a shotgun rigged to the back door as a booby trap.
