In the summer of 2022, the community of Hartsville, South Carolina, was rocked by the unexpected death of Tyler Andrew Emory Bailey, a 30-year-old Caucasian male. On July 24th, reports emerged of a shooting that had claimed his life, leaving friends and family in a state of shock and grief.
