Lewis Hay Frampton IV, a 27-year-old resident of Summerville, South Carolina, tragically passed away on February 15, 2017. He was found dead from gunshot wounds when police responded to a shooting incident on Magwood Drive in the Evergreen subdivision around 12:06 a.m. that day. The Dorchester County Coroner's Office confirmed his identity and the cause of death. Another victim was also found at the scene with gunshot wounds and was transported to a hospital in stable condition.
