Kimberly Waters Leon, a 52-year-old Caucasian woman from Graniteville, South Carolina, was tragically killed in a murder-suicide on March 31, 2025, in Ward, South Carolina. Authorities confirmed that she was shot multiple times by her former partner, 44-year-old Willie James Hopkins of Batesburg, before he turned the gun on himself.
