Darrius “Dee Dee” Wadley, an 18-year-old African American male and senior at Booker T. Washington High School in Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically killed on April 24, 2025, in a broad-daylight shooting at the South City apartment complex on Mississippi Boulevard. The incident also claimed the life of 17-year-old Christian Brown, another student from the same high school.
