29-year-old Alexis Renee Legrande, an African American woman, was found suffering from chest pain at a residence on Old Mount Holly Road in Charlotte, North Carolina, on the morning of March 1, 2025. Initially, emergency responders believed she was experiencing a medical issue and transported her to Atrium Main hospital for treatment.
