Upon their arrival, officers discovered a chaotic scene with three people suffering from injuries. Emergency responders transported all three to a local hospital for medical attention. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Timothy Jacobs succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The Richland County Coroner's Office later confirmed his identity.
