Javier Lee Martinez-Hernandez, a 23-year-old male, was tragically killed in Charlotte, North Carolina, on April 13, 2025. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, shortly after 6 a.m., when officers responded to a call reporting an assault with a deadly weapon in the 200 block of Eastway Drive. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered Martinez-Hernandez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
