In the quiet Dutchtown neighborhood of St. Louis, a burst of violence on a Monday morning shattered the peace and ended the life of 15-year-old Rashaud Boaze. On January 13, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., the sound of gunfire echoed through the 4000 block of Nebraska Avenue. When the noise subsided, young Rashaud, a male resident of the nearby 3900 block of the same street, was found lying in the pavement, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
