On a late Sunday morning in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a dispute over stolen property escalated into a fatal encounter for 40-year-old Isidro Omar Ramirez, a Hispanic male. The events of January 19, 2025, began to unfold around 11:00 AM when Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched following a report of a stolen vehicle. A caller informed dispatch that he was following his brother's stolen excavator, which was being towed by a white Ford F-250.
