On April 2, 2018, the life of 15-year-old Hispanic male, Carlos Rodriguez, was tragically cut short in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The day began like many others, with Carlos joining his friends at a mobile home. The gathering, however, took a dark turn over a dispute concerning a small sum of money.
