In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Vicksburg, Mississippi, the life of 19-year-old Quincy Peoples was tragically cut short. On March 11, 2025, police responded to reports of a shooting near the intersection of Locust and Jefferson streets. Upon their arrival, they discovered Peoples suffering from gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
