Robert Hills, a 37-year-old man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was shot and killed on January 31, 2025. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on Oswego Street near Plank Road. Hills was found inside a burning vehicle that had crashed into an apartment building. Authorities later determined that he had suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head before the crash.
