In the quiet of a Friday night in Baton Rouge, on January 31, 2025, the life of 37-year-old Robert Hills, a male resident of the city, was tragically cut short. Hills was inside his vehicle on Oswego Street at approximately 9:11 p.m. when he was struck by gunfire. The wounds he sustained proved to be fatal, and he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
