In the early morning hours of February 9, 2025, a dispute in a parking lot in Leesville, Louisiana, ended in tragedy, claiming the life of 30-year-old Trevon Devante Hairston, an African American male. The incident occurred just after midnight outside the Legacy Grooming Lounge on South Fifth Street, where an argument escalated into gunfire. When the shooting ceased, three individuals had been struck.
