In the late evening of February 13, 2018, a tragic incident unfolded in a central Las Vegas neighborhood that claimed the life of 35-year-old Hispanic male, Pedro Rios. He was fatally struck by a stray bullet as he was stepping out of his apartment located at 225 W. New York Ave., near the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Sahara Avenue.
