On 10-02-1997 the victim who was employed by Lewis Homes was checking a model home in the 3300 block of S. Mountain Bluebird. He parked his pickup truck leaving the keys in the ignition, as he returned to his truck after only a few minutes absence, he observed a male suspect driving away in his truck.
