In the summer of 2023, the life of 40-year-old Corey Michael Friloux, a male resident of Gibson, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Monday, July 24th, shortly after 8:00 p.m., events unfolded on Vega Court that would end in his untimely death. Friloux was reportedly engaged in an argument with another local resident when a third individual intervened, escalating the verbal dispute to a fatal encounter.
