Death by Force

On the evening of April 22, 2025, 22-year-old African American male Megeil Tyrone Walsh was fatally shot at the Canton Estates Apartments on Ricks Drive in Canton, Mississippi. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire around 10:50 p.m. and discovered Walsh unresponsive in the parking lot. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
