Death by Force

On the evening of January 16, 2025, 32-year-old Uniqua Sanders, a Black woman from Detroit, Michigan, was fatally shot outside a liquor store on West Eight Mile Road. Authorities responded to the scene at approximately 7:20 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.
