In the cold of a Detroit evening on January 16, 2025, the life of 32-year-old Uniqua Sanders was tragically cut short. That night, in the parking lot of a liquor store on West Eight Mile Road, Uniqua was found in her vehicle with a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
