On the evening of February 16, 2025, 36-year-old Jeffrey Gamble, a Black man from Byron Township, Michigan, was fatally shot in his residence at the Camelot Manor Mobile Home Community on North Harewood Drive SW. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire around 5:35 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered that Jeffrey Gamble had sustained two gunshot wounds—one to the chest and another to the hip.
