Jayqon Cartez Bethley, a 19-year-old resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on April 2, 2025. Bethley was involved in a fatal shooting that occurred around noon in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Rosenwald Road.
