On April 3, 2025, at approximately 1 p.m., Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a welfare check at a residence on Eastwood Drive in the Amite area. Upon arrival, they discovered 66-year-old Priscilla "Diane" Brocato deceased inside the home. Further investigation of the property revealed her husband, 75-year-old Marc Brocato, also deceased.
