In the early hours of a spring morning in New Orleans, tragedy struck 42-year-old Adonis Dunbar. On April 7, 2025, in the 6200 block of Dreux Avenue, Dunbar was found suffering from gunshot wounds. The quiet street was shattered by the violence that left him critically injured.

Emergency responders rushed Dunbar to a nearby hospital in a desperate attempt to save his life. Despite their efforts, he succumbed to his injuries. The Orleans Parish coroner later formally identified him, confir ...
